YEARLY MEDICAL GAS SURVEY
Nowadays your facility has to have the medical gas systems certified according to
ASSE and JCAHO guidelines on a yearly basis. A lot of the states are directing the
facility to be compliant to these guidelines. We can be of assistance to your facility.
We adhere to the current guidelines accepted by state and federal agencies.
DMA will verify the following:
· Bulk oxygen alarms
· Master alarms
· Area alarms
· Zone valves
· Manifolds
· Outlets
· NOTE: bulk must be checked with bulk supplier
Both yearly retesting and environmental testing is completed using the latest
technology in the medical gas field. A computer generated data base will be given
when the complete program is finished. Your review organizations will appreciate it
because it is purely computer based.
